A dear friend of mine, Mattiedog, has slowly inspired, cajoled, and harassed me in to starting my own business. Well, harassed is rather harsh, Mattiedog is after all only a foot tall and furry....yes, you guessed it, Mattiedog is a little dog. One of the most special dogs I have ever met!
How It All Began
It started roughly two years ago when I met Mattiedog and his mother in a little town in Washington State. In my little town, I couldn't help but notice this woman who would always be walking her dog at sunrise; riding a horse with her little dog in the saddle; riding her bicycle with her little dog in a trailer... and admittedly I thought, "she must be crazy." After bumping in to Mattiedog and his mother in the store, I slowly began to realize that she was crazy.... crazy for her little dog. After getting to know them better I shared with Mattiedog and his mother that I was an aspiring marketer and had done quite a bit of homework on animal related products, and showed them my research. I dazzled them with my brilliance! From them on I've been working in animal product reviews in one way or another and am now turning my focus to helping my little friend, Mattiedog, as we get ready to launch a joint project scheduled for Fall 2010.
